Returns Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging

Return Shipping Costs
A £3.55 return shipping fee will be charged for all returns. This amount may be deducted from your refund.
Returns must be arranged via email before sending any items back.
We do not accept returns that are sent back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund if your item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Not as described
- Incorrect item received

We will cover the return shipping cost for faulty or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair care products unless they are faulty.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
