Revive Your Roots currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping rates:

Free Standard Delivery on orders over £40
Standard Delivery: £3.55 for orders under £40

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Method

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

Please note delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by Royal Mail, weather, strikes, or other factors outside our control. However, we will do our best to help track and locate delayed parcels.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to issue a refund.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will need to pay for redelivery.
